Meeting Assignment in Incomplete Youth Leagues

When a new team joined a youth league during the season in the past, it was assigned to the least full meeting of each match day. This had the consequence that some teams never met each other, for example when there was only 1 team in the league and a 2nd team joined.

To avoid that problem in future, new teams will now be assigned to league meetings during the season the same way as it is done at the beginning of the season when the meeting calendar for youth leagues is created. So if there are enough match days remaining, a new team should meet every other team in the league.
