Maxithlon Awards Season 58

Hey everyone! When season 57 ended we did a new thing here in the news section, the Maxithlon Awards. Well, season 58 is over and here they are again. This time we included some new categories and a few changes we’ll explain.

This season, instead of finding the candidates and their achievements to be chosen both on the poll, we’ll have only the candidates on the poll while their achievements will be explained in a list below on this post, so they can be translated with the news and it’ll be easier for users who don’t speak any English or only a little.

Also, you’ll have to answer two compulsory questions (User Name and Country)

- Greece: from 14th (0-2-2) to 3rd (4-5-6) on World Junior Championships and from 6th (4-4-3) to 4th (5-3-2) on Continental Championships Europe
- Hungary: From 22nd (0-1-0) to 5th (4-1-0) on World Junior Championships, from 17th (0-1-3) to 11th (1-1-0) on World U21 Championships and from 19th to 18th on Continental Championships Europe with the same medals (0-1-0)
- Nigeria: From 6th (4-2-3) to 3rd (4-5-6) on Continental Championships Asia-Africa-Pacific

Best Nation
- Italy: Winner of the World Junior Championships (5-7-12), World Sub 21 Championships (10-7-6), World Master Championships (7-13-10) and Continental Championships Europe (10-10-12). Its' clubs won the World Junior Championships (15-15-19), World Sub 21 Championships (8-10-10), World Master Championships (11-16-9) and Continental Championships Europe (17-13-12) and finish fourth in the Continental Championships Asia - Africa - Pacific (7-2-4) and Continental Championships Americas (4-4-3)
- Great Britain: In Season 58 Britain had 5 clubs in the International Golden League and 6 in the second division. Next season will have 6 teams in the international Golden League and 5 in the second division. The best ranking ever of any country in the international league
- Spain: 2nd place at Continental Championships Europe (6-5-2), and also 2nd at World Junior Championships (5-0-4). Also 15 medals at U21 World Championships, being 4th. Its clubs were second at European Continental and World Junior Championships. 2nd and 4th place at the Champions Cup
- France: 3rd at Continental Championships Europe (5-4-7), 2nd at World U21 (7-6-4), 3rd at World Master (5-2-2). Clubs were 2nd at World U21 and 3rd at Europe Continental
