Clarification upon the Meetings

With this News we'd like to define, once for all, two matters concerning the Wednesday's Meetings: the first one is about the names permitted/prohibited, while the second one concerns the number of races your athletes can do.

Meeting's names
With the following lines we want to officialize the caracthers and the names that you can give to the Meetings you're able to create each Season.
Therefore, read carefully:
- Forbidden the uppercase (if the username of the user or the name of the team is uppercase, then it could be written uppercase);
- Only alphanumeric characters are allowed (it could be used one time - °);
- Forbidden frames / layouts;
- Forbidden name similar to offial Maxithlon events (World Championship, Olympics ... and the translation of this words).

Examples:
" Ciccio 14° Junior " -> OK
" CICCIO 14° Junior " - > Not allowed, the username is Bluewairua and not CICCIO
" PASTICCIO 14° Junior " -> OK, if the username is PASTICCIO
" [Ciccio () ] " -> Not allowed
" ° Ciccio ° " -> Not allowed the frames
" World Championship " -> Not allowed
" World Qualification " -> Not allowed


Punishments:
For every infraction of this rule, it will be applied a fine of € 5.000 for each Meeting.
If this may happen again, the Staff could take worse actions (such as another fine of a bigger amount, the deletion of all the income of your Meeting, or the ban from the game).

Number of races
During the Wednesday's Meetings we've noticed that some users, during the past Seasons, subscribed their athletes to different Meetings, taking advantage of some factors, of which the mayors are:
- more experience for their athletes;
- more fans for their athletes;
- more possiblities to win prizes for his Club.
To avoid the possibility that this becomes something "normal", from the upcoming Season 15, with this News we officialize that it is permitted to subscribe your athletes to only TWO ( 2 ) races during the hole Wednesdays and obviously in the same Meeting.
This means that an ahltete can only participate to ONE ( 1 ) Meeting during the hole Wednesdays, taking part to maximum TWO ( 2 ) races during the hole day.

Examples:
- Athlete "A" races in the 100m and in the 400m in the Meeting "Ciccio" -> OK, but he can't participate to any other race, neither in this Meeting, nor iun another one;
- Athlete "B" races in the 100m in the Meeting "Ciccio" -> OK, but he can't participate to any other race, neither in this Meeting, nor iun another one.

Punishments:
Every infraction of this rule will bring you a fine, the amount of which is totally under the Staff's discretion.
If this may happen again, the Staff could take worse actions (such as a/another fine, the deletion of all the prizes gained during the hole Wednesdays, or the ban from the game).


The STAFF will be really strong upon these arguments.
